What do we do?

We specialize in B2B market development consulting for technology-rich and ETO (engineered-to-order) companies that design & and build custom integrated systems for automation, robotics, and special machinery.  Our firm is engaged with assisting clients in discovering sales opportunities by leveraging their core engineering, design, and build capabilities. Our work enables our clients to grow organically into new/adjacent market applications and customer accounts, industry segments, and/or deeper penetration with existing customers.  We utilize a data-driven process whereby we intertwine market analytics with actionable sales planning and provide direction for marketing & branding.

The principals of this firm have over 30 years of work experience in engineering, technical sales, applications, and marketing along with an educational foundation in mechanical engineering and business management.  We have accumulated a breadth of knowledge in automation, robotics, custom engineered-to-order (ETO), and system integration.  Our experience spans customer applications in OEM segments such as Pharmaceutical Process Machinery, Robotic Material Handling, Material Removal, Machine Tending, Picking, Packaging and Palletizing, Converting Equipment, Mining Crushers, Plastics Machinery, Semiconductor Automation,  Custom Machine Design, and Process Automation & Control Integration.
